How do we store your data?

Motility securely stores your data on our servers hosted by Hostinger hosting platform. Access to this data is controlled by a username and password.

What are your data protection rights?

As a user of the Motility website you have the following rights in relation to any data you submit. Every user is entitled to the following:

Right to access: You have the right to request for copies of your personal data we hold about you. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request any information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete be rectified.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request we erase or remove your personal data from our system

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to processing of your personal data.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request transfer, copy or move the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.
